We clean offices, storefronts, salons, clinics, break rooms and small business premises on a standing schedule, and most of it is done outside your opening hours — our evening shift runs to 11pm precisely so nobody is working around a mop or a vacuum during business hours. You get the same cleaners each visit, which matters more in a commercial building than in a house, because they learn your alarm, your keys and which doors get locked behind them.
Our Process
Walk the Premises
We walk the building after hours, note the square footage, the floor types, the restrooms and how it is actually used.
Scope and Schedule
You get a written scope and a fixed price per visit, on the frequency the building needs rather than the one that bills best.
Keys and Access
Keys, codes and alarm procedure are agreed in writing, and the same team holds them for the life of the contract.
Check In Monthly
We go round the premises with you monthly. Anything drifting gets corrected before it becomes a complaint.
