It is the parts of a house that a weekly visit never reaches — inside the oven and the refrigerator, behind and under appliances, the grout rather than the tile, baseboards, door frames, switch plates, vents, blinds and the tops of everything nobody looks at. Most homes need one before a routine schedule starts, because a weekly clean is designed to hold a standard, not to create one. It is also the right call before a move, after an illness in the house, or when a property has simply gone a season without proper attention.
Our Process
Walk the Home
We go through the property with you room by room, so the quote covers what you actually want done and nothing is assumed.
Flat Written Price
You get one price for the whole job, agreed before we start. No hourly meter running and nothing added at the end.
Room by Room, Top Down
Each room is worked from the ceiling fittings down to the floor, so nothing that falls lands on a surface we have already finished.
Walk It With You
We go back round the house with you before we leave, and anything you are not happy with gets redone on the spot.
